On the 19th of Decemeber 2012, the newly trained Y-PEER members in the westernern region of Oman, enthusiastic youth from the city of Buraimi gathered to conduct awareness activity for high school students on the importance of AIDS prevention, stigma and discrimination and HIV in general.
The activities included a presentation on the facts about HIV, competitions and activities to get the students engaged included excited prizes and of course the newly aquired skill of puppet theatre to further discuss HIV related issues, including prevention and stigma and discrimnation.
