An in-depth article was published in Times of Oman today under the title "No bar to the topics for debate", which encompasses wholeheartedly the enthusiasm dedication and commitment the members of the Y-PEER Oman network put into talking about tough issues that matter to you the most and raising awareness about issues related to the UNFPA mandate.
The Y-PEER Oman network has working non-stop over the last 12 months with more innovation and participation in different public events, with a larger number of youth being interest in making a change and joining this one of a kind initiative. Times of Oman recognized their efforts, and published a feature story about their work, with interviews of 3 members including the Focal Point in Charge, Saif Al Sharji.
As composed and eloquent as ever, the Y-PEERs spoke confidently and honestly about youth issues and the resistance that Omani society sometimes bring, but with positivity they talked about the visible difference they are making.
